Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks an HR Recruiter for a 3-month contract to manage end-to-end recruitment for PMT positions. The role requires 5+ years in recruitment, with strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with contract or high-volume hires.

You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers and onboarding while maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics. Oil & Gas recruiting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably in contract, temporary, or high-volume recruitment.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to selection, offer, and onboarding.
• Strong candidate sourcing, assessment, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for outsourced, contract, and temporary manpower requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
• Screen, interview, assess, and shortlist suitable candidates for hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and candidate documentation.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights on candidate availability and salary expectations.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Perform other recruitment and HR-related duties as assigned.
