Job summary

SeaOwl Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for oil & gas projects across Asia. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and partner with business leaders to meet project hiring needs.

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Malay skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for oil & gas and energy projects across Asia.
• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with project managers and stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and leadership roles.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research across Asia.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and policies.
• Manage relationships with agencies and external partners.
• Provide regular updates and analytics to management.
• Support employer branding initiatives and onboarding activities.
