Job summary

Ocean Kinabalu Sdn Bhd in Sabah seeks a Project Engineer to coordinate and monitor projects from planning to completion. You will review tender requirements, prepare quotations and submissions, and liaise with clients, vendors and site teams.

Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, planning manpower and equipment, tracking progress and costs, and ensuring compliance with HSE and company standards. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, inspection or NDT industry is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and tendering skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor projects from planning to completion.
• Review project/tender requirements, prepare quotations and tender submissions.
• Prepare project cost estimates, manpower and equipment requirements.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, costs, documentation and client requirements.
• Provide technical and operational support to project teams.
• Prepare project reports, proposals and related documentation.
• Assist with tender clarifications, negotiations and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, HSE and company requirements.
