Job summary

Elsa Energy Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Material Coordinator on a 6+6 month contract to oversee readiness, receiving, storage and disposal of stock and non-stock assets at the Company Warehouse & Yard, and related sites. You will ensure safe loading/unloading and compliant handling of purchased assets.

Role includes leading QAQC inspections, coordinating third‑party inspections, and managing customs declarations, PRs and deliveries in the SAP environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics discipline.
• Minimum five years as Material Coordinator with warehouse experience.
• Valid BOSIET and Fitness To Work (MPM) as required.
• Knowledge of SAP or SAP SMARTGEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize, monitor and execute readiness, receiving, inspection, storage and withdrawal and disposal for stock and non-stock assets.
• Coordinate QAQC inspections; issue work orders for third‑party inspections to ensure timely acceptance.
• Provide logistics support to ensure smooth supply base operations and vessel movements.
• Handle Customs Declarations for imported materials/equipment at bonded areas.
• Create and expedite PR/Orders and monitor delivery.
• Update receipts, withdrawals and returns in the materials management system.
• Prepare post drilling report/inventory list after project completion.
• Consolidate and manage inventory to minimize surplus and storage cost.
