Job summary

Borr Drilling Ltd in Malaysia seeks an HR professional to act as the first point of contact for offshore personnel on designated rigs, supporting the OIM and Rig Manager with logistics, movements and offshore HR matters.

You will help improve policies, coordinate inductions, manage leaves, payroll and benefits, ensure crew Manning and visa processes, and participate in internal and external audits while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Valid offshore survival and pre-mobilisation certification.
• Pursuing CIPD membership or local equivalent.
• Experience in Logistics/Crew Management including Visa processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient using HRIS and MS Office; attention to detail.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting on offshore workforce and headcount with high data quality.
• Support OIM and Rig Manager on new hires, promotions, demotions and transfers.
• Handle disciplinary and grievance matters; attend hearings and manage processes.
• Coordinate leaves, communicate HR policies to offshore personnel; update systems.
• Coordinate inductions and provide HR on-call support; assist audits.
• Manage crew Manning, travel arrangements and visa paperwork per policy.
• Payroll and benefits administration for offshore crews.
• Verify qualifications and certificates; renewal of mandatory certifications.
• Mobilise/demobilise expat/local personnel; liaise with agencies for ad-hoc staff.
