Fugro Malaysia Marine Sdn Bhd seeks a Personnel Planning Lead to oversee planning, allocation, tracking, logistics, and administration for about 130 offshore survey personnel across SE Asia. The role coordinates deployment, certification renewals, and third-party sourcing, supervising the regional Personnel Logistics Team.

Requires extensive maritime crewing experience, strong English communication, and proven leadership. Hybrid work arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires HBO or equivalent professional capacities with understanding of staffing and processes.
• Experience in maritime crewing and personnel management is preferred.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target metrics for quality, productivity, safety and satisfaction are met.
• Coordinate planning activities for technical operations and crews.
• Develop integrated processes with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Coordinate planning across technical operations teams and communicate status to customers.
• Provide guidance on complex tasks and mentor junior staff; people management is not primary.
• Work autonomously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
