Job summary

Fugro Malaysia is seeking a Personnel Planning Lead to oversee planning, allocation, tracking, logistics and administration for about 130 offshore survey personnel across Southeast Asia. You will manage deployment, certification renewals, and third-party contractor sourcing while supervising the regional Personnel Logistics Team to ensure efficient workforce coordination and travel.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of operation capacities, equipment, staffing and processes.
• Experience in maritime crewing and personnel management.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning activities for technical operations across the offshore crew.
• Create integrated processes among internal functions and external suppliers.
• Coordinate and communicate status to internal/external customers.
• Mentor junior colleagues while enabling autonomous work.
• Ensure targets for quality, productivity, safety, and satisfaction are met.
