Job summary

Union Sangyo (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking an organized Officer for Production & PPC to support daily planning, material availability, and production reporting in a manufacturing setting.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, maintain 5S standards, and assist in documentation, meetings, and process improvements while growing professionally in a long-established automotive filter maker.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• 1 year or more experience in Production Planning / PPC / Manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and good English/Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production and PPC planning, coordinate daily production activities.
• Monitor stock levels, material availability, and PO follow-up.
• Prepare MSRF forms and distribute new POs to teams.
• Prepare and submit monthly production reports to relevant departments.
• Maintain 5S standards and support meetings with minutes.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.

OFFICER FOR PRODUCTION & PLANING CONTROL (PPC)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production/Production Planning Control (PPC) Officer to support our Production and PPC operations. The job duity will assist in production planning, manpower coordination, documentation, stock monitoring, purchase order follow-up, and production reporting to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

Production & PPC Planning

Assist the Production/PPC team in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities.

Monitor production usage, stock levels, and component requirements to support uninterrupted production.

Act as the PIC for component planning and follow up on material availability.

Monitor and update outstanding Purchase Order (PO) deliveries.

Prepare and issue Material/Stock Request Forms (MSRF) for approval where required.

Distribute new Purchase Orders to the relevant personnel and departments.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain packing drafts and submit them to the Import/Export Department.

Distribute packing draft copies to the relevant departments and sections via email.

Prepare and distribute production-related documents and reports to relevant departments.

Prepare and submit the monthly production report to Shipping, Finance, Purchasing, and Store.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of Production/PPC records.

Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, email correspondence, receiving, and distribution of documents.

Meeting & Coordination

Assist the HOD/Supervisor in conducting Production/PPC meetings.

Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on relevant action items.

Coordinate with Production, PPC, Shipping, Purchasing, Store, Finance, and other related departments to ensure smooth operations.

Manpower & Workplace Management

Assist superiors in manpower planning and monitoring manpower requirements.

Support supervisors in maintaining employee discipline and identifying areas for improvement.

Monitor and maintain 5S standards to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Identify and propose process improvements that can contribute to the company's productivity and efficiency.

Other Duties

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior or Management from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any field.

Candidates with 1 year or more experience in Production Planning / PPC / Manufacturing will have an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Candidates with qualifications or experience in Manufacturing, Production Operations, Production Planning, PPC, Supply Chain, or related fields are preferred.

Strong organizational and documentation skills with good attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.

Willing to work in Bukit Kemuning, Selangor.
