Teleport, a leading Southeast Asia logistics provider, is seeking a dedicated professional in Kulai, Malaysia, to support day-to-day air cargo operations and cargo documentation. The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field and has 1–3 years of experience.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in air cargo operations or airline capacity management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard data-entry software.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor day-to-day operations at the aircraft and warehouse; prepare and update the daily operation report.
• Collaborate with CTO to ensure priority cargo is followed for both export and import.
• Prepare documents such as AWB, Lot Label, and Control Form for cargo acceptance.
• Research customs requirements and attach necessary documentation during declarations.
• Develop understanding of import/export laws and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with officials to clear goods through customs/quarantine.
• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and storage as needed.

SALARY RANGE : Basic Salary - RM2160 + Productivity Allowance - RM250

A DAY IN A LIFE

At Teleport, we’re building toward IPO — and that means doing the boring things well. Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas.

Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes.

Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:

• To monitor day to day operations at the aircraft and warehouse; prepare & update the daily operation report at the end of duty roster.
• To collectively Work with CTO to ensure the priority cargo are as followed for both export and import.
• Responsible for preparing the relevant documents i.e. AWB, Lot Label, Control Form etc for cargo acceptance process.
• Research customs requirements, and attach the necessary documentations during the declaration process
• Develop understanding on import/export laws while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with officials in various agencies to ensure goods are cleared through customs / quarantine
• Help to coordinate for transportation, warehousing, storage etc. where necessary.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• 1–3years of experience in air cargo operations or airline capacity management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills - ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English fluently
• Able to operate computer programmes such as microsoft office
• Working experience with standard data-entry softwares
• Meticulous with work - double checking for accuracy of data entry.
• Has experience engaging with Government Agencies
• Experience or knowledgeable in logistics
