As our business grows, we invite passionate talents to join our team. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support customer acquisition, manage OEM/private label projects, and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, account management, or FMCG/food manufacturing.
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new OEM/private label business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage assigned OEM projects from enquiry to commercial launch.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, QA, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics) to ensure timely project completion.
  • Prepare quotations, product proposals, and support commercial discussions.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries, samples, quotations, and project progress.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly project updates, sales reports, and business forecasts.
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and factory visits when required.
  • Identify issues, propose solutions, and drive actions to completion.
