Job summary

Success Electronics & Transformer Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our manufacturing floor and industrial clients.

You will manage the complete OEM/ODM sales cycle, collaborate with production and engineering teams, and drive business growth for the Aluminium Die Casting sector. Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Materials Engineering required.
• 2–3 years of technical sales, project management, or application engineering experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcomed and will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive OEM/ODM sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing proposals, and leading contract negotiations with sales directors.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate customer drawings and project requirements into final products.
• Coordinate projects with Master Planning and Production to negotiate timescales.
• Identify cost-saving and continuous improvement opportunities during the sales-to-production handoff.
