Job summary

Quocent Sdn Bhd invites an experienced Business Analyst/Technical Manager – Odoo/ERP to bridge business users, clients, and technical teams. You will understand client requirements, document processes, and present Odoo solutions tailored to business needs.

The role involves requirement gathering, workshops, and coordinating with developers for customization and integration, with a focus on delivering value to Malaysian SMEs and international projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, ERP Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Odoo/ERP solutions.
• Experience with Odoo modules: CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, and Project Management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
• Experience working with Odoo implementation projects (preferred).
• Odoo/ERP certification will be an added advantage (preferred).
• Experience working with Malaysian clients/SMEs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document client business requirements and processes.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, client meetings, and workshops.
• Present and demonstrate Odoo/ERP solutions based on client requirements.
• Explain Odoo modules, features, workflows, and business benefits in a clear and business-friendly manner.
• Analyse business processes and recommend suitable Odoo/ERP solutions.
• Prepare BRD, functional requirements, process flows, proposals, and solution documentation.
• Work closely with Odoo developers and technical teams for customization and integration requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities, including product demos, solution presentations, and client discussions.
• Coordinate with clients throughout implementation to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Identify opportunities for Odoo implementation, customization, integration, and additional modules.
