Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discussions and workshops to understand business processes, challenges and requirements.
• Translate requirements into practical ERP solutions, identifying suitable standard features, configuration and necessary customisation.
• Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting and Manufacturing, based on project requirements.
• Support data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, user training and go‑live activities.
• Support pre‑sales through customer discovery, solution demonstrations, proposals, scope definition and implementation effort estimates.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, user guides and implementation documentation.
• Work with developers to deliver and validate custom modules, reports, workflows and integrations.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and guide customers in using the system effectively.
• Communicate project progress, manage customer expectations and identify scope changes.
• Collaborate with our AI team to connect ERP processes with ServeAI and business automation solutions.
• Undertake Odoo custom development where relevant to your technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Hands‑on implementation experience with Odoo or another ERP platform, such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, ERPNext or equivalent.

Experience supporting ERP projects across requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training and go‑live.

Good understanding of business processes in areas such as sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting or manufacturing.

Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and practical solutions.

Confidence in conducting customer meetings, presentations and user training.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple projects.

Willingness to learn and specialise in Odoo.

Diploma or degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Added Advantages

Direct Odoo implementation experience or Odoo certification.

ERP pre‑sales experience, including demonstrations, proposals and effort estimation.

Odoo custom development experience using Python and the Odoo framework.

Exposure to Malaysian accounting requirements, e‑Invoicing or industry‑specific ERP implementations.
