Job summary

BOYANG CONSULTANCY SERVICES SDN. BHD is seeking an Odoo Technical Consultant to drive implementation and delivery for manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution clients in Malaysia. You will configure modules, support UAT, and coordinate with offshore teams to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions.

The role requires 1-3 years of hands-on development experience, Python programming, and knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL. Mandarin is a plus; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on technical/development experience in ERP/ODoo is a strong plus.
• Practical programming experience with Python.
• Good working knowledge of SQL / PostgreSQL; exposure to Odoo preferred.
• English fluency; Mandarin is advantageous for local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure standard Odoo modules for manufacturing, inventory, procurement, sales and finance.
• Estimate technical effort and provide feasibility feedback to the functional team.
• Perform unit testing, fix defects, support UAT, and post-go-live support.
• Develop technical documentation and data migration / API integration work.
• Follow Odoo development best practices and maintain clean code; troubleshoot incidents.
