Job summary

Morrison Express is seeking a logistics professional to manage daily export shipment operations, from booking to cargo departure. You will coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and overseas agents while ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates to customers.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in freight forwarding and MS Office. You will support billing, reporting, and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years related experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in domestic transportation management and freight forwarding.
• Excellent computer knowledge with MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with web-based transportation procurement platforms is preferred.
• Excellent organization, analytical, written and oral communications skills.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily export shipment operations from booking to cargo departure.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, truckers, warehouses, and overseas agents.
• Arrange bookings and monitor vessel schedules.
• Prepare and verify export documents (BL, invoices, packing list, SI, export docs).
• Update customers on shipment status and delays; ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on cargo readiness, customs clearance, and shipping arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal teams on billing and shipment execution.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Support growth by maintaining strong customer relationships and acting as primary contact.
