Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an Ocean Bulk Specialist to manage end-to-end ocean bulk shipments, coordinating with customers, carriers and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and excellent service.

The role focuses on Flexi-Tank, ISO Tank, and liquid bulk logistics solutions, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety and timely shipment execution. The candidate should be proactive and detail-oriented to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ocean Freight, Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ocean freight processes, documentation, shipment coordination and operational requirements.
• Familiarity with CW1 is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
