Job summary

Tunku Abdul Rahman University – Kampar, Perak invites applications from qualified occupational therapists to join our clinical team. You will assess patients' functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy to enhance independence in daily living activities.

Work within a multidisciplinary team, document progress accurately, and educate patients and families on home-based strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• Registered with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC) and/or relevant professional body.
• Valid practising certificate, where applicable.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal and clinical skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional abilities and occupational performance.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards.
• Participate in departmental activities, quality improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.
