- Good scripting/programming skills and experience with Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring or observability tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure and implement monitoring and automation solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Integrate monitoring tools, applications, infrastructure and automated workflows.
- Develop scripts and tooling to improve monitoring, operational efficiency and service reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across monitoring platforms and customer environments.
- Support deployment, upgrades, high availability and critical operational activities.
- Continuously improve monitoring solutions by evaluating new technologies and methodologies.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Maintain technical documentation, configurations and operational procedures.
