We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Automation Engineer with at least 6 years of experience to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain automation solutions that drive operational excellence and efficiency across our service delivery processes.

What You'll Do:

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience as a Control‑M Administrator at L3 level.

• Practical experience in database mirroring, HA configuration, failover, and DR activities.
• Hands‑on experience with Control‑M Automation API (AAPI).
• Experience implementing Job‑as‑Code and CI/CD pipelines for job promotions.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Scripting experience in Python and Shell.
