Job summary

AIA Digital+ is seeking an Observability Architect to define and govern enterprise observability across multi‑cloud and containerized environments. You will lead Dynatrace as the platform, integrate with ServiceNow ITOM, and design open‑source telemetry patterns for proactive reliability.

Responsibilities include establishing KPIs, SLOs, dashboards, and automated remediation with AIOps patterns. You will mentor teams and promote best practices across Azure and Alibaba Cloud ecosystems.

Qualifications

10+ years in Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure, Observability, or APM.
Experience with Dynatrace, including Kubernetes monitoring and dashboards.
Experience integrating observability with ITOM/ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise observability reference architecture and governance.
Architect Dynatrace as the enterprise platform across multi-cloud and on‑prem environments.
Design integration between Dynatrace and ServiceNow ITOM for event management.
Drive AIOps patterns and automated remediation.
Define logging patterns using Elastic/OpenSearch and OpenTelemetry.
