Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the O2C team to understand business processes and identify pain points.
• Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Design and develop AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and automation in O2C processes.
• Support digital transformation initiatives delivering measurable business value.
• Assist daily O2C operations including sales orders, billing, collections, and cash application if required.
