Job summary

Nokia Solutions and Networks Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager in Malaysia to lead end-to-end SCPM activities for new product introductions and lifecycle management. You will coordinate with Product Management, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure smooth prototype to mass production transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering or supply chain field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain or project management.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) is strongly preferred.
• Background in electronics manufacturing, EMS/ODM/JDM is desired.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end supply chain product/project management for NPI and lifecycle.
• Coordinate with PM, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality and suppliers.
• Lead engineering changes and supplier performance management.
• Plan capacity and manage transition from prototype to mass production.
• Collaborate with BU and PLM on roadmap and lifecycle decisions.
• Support pilot runs, ramp-up, and handover to industrial management.
• Address issues during mass production and ensure timely delivery.
