Nokia is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Project Manager to lead industrialization of Fixed and Broadband Networks products from R&D to mass production in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Product Management, Procurement, Quality and Data Management to ensure on-time delivery within scope, schedule, cost and quality.

• Strong project management skills coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Experience in supply chain, NPI, product industrialization or related telecom environments.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of R&D, testing, SMT/assembly operations and material management.
• Ability to work effectively across functions, cultures and locations.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the industrialization of Fixed Networks and Broadband Networks products from R&D through pilot production to mass-production implementation.
• Coordinate R&D, Product Management, Procurement, Quality, Data Management and manufacturing partners to execute product and supply chain plans.
• Develop and execute industrialization plans, including milestones, pilot runs, readiness activities and follow-up actions.
• Manage engineering changes with evaluation, supply chain implementation and effectiveness tracking.
• Monitor early-production quality and yield, coordinate corrective actions with R&D, Quality, and manufacturing.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities, escalating as needed.
• Coordinate resolution of technical, manufacturing, material and quality issues affecting product introduction or readiness.
• Coordinate collection and readiness of master data for new products and changes; support data in ENOVIA, SAP and related systems.
• Monitor master-data completeness and quality and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Track milestones and report progress, risks, issues and mitigations to stakeholders and management.
• Support continuous improvement of supply chain industrialization processes, tools and ways of working.
