Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline (MBA preferred).
• PM certification (PMP, Change Management, Agile, Six Sigma or Lean) is desirable.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in a global organisation with proven results in large-scale program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–5 junior program managers to deliver end-to-end programs from kickoff to completion.
• Serve as escalation point for roadblocks; design mitigation across multiple product lines.
• Consolidate program data into high-level dashboards; report health, budget and timeline.
• Oversee CAPEX budgeting and variance analysis to ensure cost goals for NPIs.
• Drive Lessons Learned sessions to improve processes and enable continuous improvement.
• Promote change management to adapt to evolving transformations within the company.
