Job summary

Nokia is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager in Malaysia to lead complex industrialization, product changes and lifecycle projects within Fixed Networks. You will represent Supply Chain in cross-functional teams and drive alignment across R&D, Product Management, Procurement, Quality and manufacturing partners.

The role requires strong business understanding, the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve complex issues with limited supervision. Fluency in English and Mandarin is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Extensive experience in supply chain project management and product industrialization.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of R&D, testing, SMT/assembly operations and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with EMS/manufacturing partners and supplier-facing industrialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex supply chain industrialization and lifecycle projects, including new product introductions and significant product changes.
• Act as the Supply Chain representative in cross-functional project teams and governance forums.
• Develop and own supply chain implementation plans balancing schedule, cost, quality, and resources.
• Monitor project performance against financial and operational KPIs and report status to management.
• Drive improvements in supply chain processes, tools and ways of working.
• Coordinate project resources and mentor colleagues and teams.
