Job summary

Nokia is seeking a Product Data Management (PDM) Analyst in Malaysia to lead BOM configuration and change management for NPI and sustaining engineering. You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams, maintain PDM processes in Agile/SAP, and drive data integrity initiatives across R&D, supply chain, and quality requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of directly related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience with BOM configuration and change order analysis.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage change orders/requests in Agile/SAP to ensure BOM accuracy for NPI and sustaining engineering.
• Document, maintain, and update PDM business processes for BOM release and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate data validation and reports to ensure data integrity across cross‑functional teams.
