Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality NPI Engineer to lead NPI quality activities, manage PFMEA and control plans, oversee reliability programs, and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve zero quality escapes. The role requires a degree in Engineering or Science and at least 5 years in NPI quality within electronics/PCB/semiconductor sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Background in NPI Quality, Process Engineering, Quality Control in Electronics/PCB/semiconductor industries.
Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, ISO 9001, VDA audits.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Drive NPI quality and yield performance.
Identify and manage potential quality risks in the NPI lifecycle.
Establish and optimise product parameter control limits in manufacturing systems.
Lead PFMEA and Process Control Plan development and customer submissions.
Support internal and external quality audits and act as the primary quality representative for NPI activities.
Oversee product reliability testing and sample submissions to meet customer requirements.
Supervise and mentor Quality Engineers and Technicians; coordinate daily quality operations.
Collaborate with Production, NPI, Technology Development and other teams to drive quality decisions.
