Job summary

Qualifications

- Minimum five years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Minimum five years in a quality manager role.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.

The NPI Quality Manager serves as the primary interface between engineering and manufacturing, leading a team of quality engineers to ensure new products seamlessly transition from development to flawless mass production. Grounded in a data-driven approach, this role oversees crucial milestones including product quality planning, process qualification, and safe launch control plans. Ultimately, the manager drives rapid resolution on all build issues while aligning factory performance with global NPI quality KPIs and customer standards
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum Five (10) years of Quality Engineering experience in a Manufacturing environment is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of Quality manager background.
- Experienced with working in a faced paced, high mix low volume manufacturing environment
