Job summary

ResMed Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Engineer in Supplier Engineering (Electronics, Quality and NPI) to collaborate across supply chain, product development and manufacturing. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality components, driving process improvements and cross‑functional teamwork.

The successful candidate will build relationships with internal teams and suppliers, provide hands-on support for PCBAs and power supplies, and participate in supplier audits and change control activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of functional engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (Manufacturing, Process, Quality, or Industrial).
• Excellent analytical and technical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally for short business trips.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SC Engineering, Product Development, Planning and GSA to ensure reliable, high-quality components for manufacturing.
• Build and maintain collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Act as the technical link with electronics suppliers and communicate product specs clearly.
• Provide hands-on technical support for PCBAs, power supplies, and other components.
• Validate supplier production processes for NPI, CN, and SRFC changes and drive CAPA.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional improvements to enhance quality and supplier capability.
