Job summary

Intel Corporation in Kulim, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to coordinate New Product Introduction activities from engineering builds through high-volume manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure timely product startups.

The role requires planning and managing NPI execution, developing detailed plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring readiness of processes, tooling, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant NPI/manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of assembly and/or test processes, TD transfer methodologies, and statistics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and English communication.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage NPI execution activities as a product integrator to support development, implementation, and ramp of new technologies or products.
• Act as the primary coordination point for NPI build execution with cross functional teams to enable successful product startup.
• Develop and manage detailed NPI execution plans, including task definition, dependencies, effort, duration, and schedule tracking.
• Track and publish Performance Against Schedule across CSIs for major NPI milestones.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness by coordinating system setup, process flow, material readiness, and capacity availability.
• Lead investigation of issues impacting NPI deliverables and perform root cause analysis, with risk mitigation actions.
• Document NPI readiness and deliverables, including process flow, build routing, BOM, and qualification artifacts.
