Responsibilities

• Improves products, processes and components to meet objectives.
• May redesign products/components to meet cost goals and requirements.
• Participates in new product introduction, ensuring manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain.
• Supports transition from prototype to full production and through product life cycle.
• Partners with procurement and technical services to improve products and processes.
• Directs work of third-party vendors to meet deliverables.
• Works with suppliers to achieve goals for cost, quality and delivery.
