Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner in Batu Kawan, Penang. We seek a Senior Process Engineer to lead NPI and PCBA initiatives, define manufacturability, and drive process improvements on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
• Develop and take ownership of process control methodologies.
• Interface with production for new process implementation and transfer.
