Job summary
Micron Malaysia is seeking a Product Owner for New Product Introduction (NPI) to lead cross-functional teams through the NPI process and ensure timely product start-up and qualification. You will own the product lifecycle from NPI to EOL, coordinating with process, equipment, manufacturing, and planning to scale to volume production.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or Electrical engineering.
- Strong data analysis and JMP proficiency.
- Interest in backend engineering and package development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the NPI activities as Product Owner with cross-functional teams.
- Drive New Product Introduction through NPI Phase Gate Reviews.
- Coordinate new product startup and achieve first-pass qualification.
- Understand startup datelines, product applications and customer requirements; communicate to startup team.
- Collaborate with process/equipment/manufacturing/planning to bring new product into volume production.
- Provide timely support of First silicon, engineering samples, and cycle-time for PDT schedule.
- Own the entire Product Life Cycle from NPI to EOL.
- Act as a point of contact to TPM on product-related matters.
