Job summary

Intel in Kulim, Malaysia seeks an experienced New Product Integrator to coordinate NPI activities from engineering builds through high-volume manufacturing ramp. You will lead cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to drive timely product startups.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years in NPI or related engineering roles, with knowledge of assembly/test processes and TD transfer methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, technology transfer, or related engineering roles
• Knowledge of Assembly and/or Test processes, TD transfer methodologies, and statistical data analysis
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in cross functional teams
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and project coordination skills
• PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage NPI execution activities from engineering builds to high volume manufacturing ramp
• Act as the primary coordination point for NPI build execution with cross functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
• Develop and manage detailed NPI execution plans including tasks, dependencies, effort, duration and schedule tracking
• Track and publish performance against schedule and CSIs across NPI milestones
• Coordinate system setup, process flow, material readiness and capacity to support NPI builds and data collection
• Identify and drive DFM alignment and resolve product/process challenges with technical experts
• Lead root cause analyses, align risk mitigation, and coordinate action closure with owners
• Follow up on recovery actions to ensure NPI schedules and sample volumes are met
