Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to lead NPI activities, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive new product introductions and achieve first-pass qualification.

You will own the product life cycle from NPI to EOL, manage datelines and collaborate with process/equipment teams to bring products to volume production, while applying data-driven decisions with JMP and AI tools to improve yields and cycle times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Material, Chemical, Electrical).
• Passionate about backend engineering process or package development.
• Understand semiconductor package structures and package reliability concepts.
• Proficient in JMP analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage NPI activities as Product Owner with cross-functional teams.
• Drive New Product Introduction through NPI Phase Gate Review.
• Coordinate new product start-up to achieve first-pass qualification and on-time datelines.
• Work with process/equipment/manufacturing/planning owners to bring new product to volume production.
• Monitor yield trends, QC/Reliability to keep assembly in control and address issues early.
• Own the product life cycle from NPI to EOL.
