Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with DOE and statistical methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement smooth transfer of new products and packages from NPI to high-volume manufacturing sites.
• Validate and document POR/TOR/BOM for transferred products and packages.
• Execute NPI/Engineering Samples builds for new products and packages.
• Evaluate and improve assembly processes, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive cost reductions.
