Qualifications

• Masters or bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field.

• Strong problem-solving, data and statistical analysis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize backend engineering processes for assembly packages.
• Lead NPI runs and transfer to high-volume manufacturing sites.
• Validate POR/TOR/BOM for transferred products.
• Execute NPI package qualification and customer samples.
• Identify process variables and optimize equipment and materials.
• Implement corrective actions through root-cause analysis.
• Apply DOE techniques for process characterization.
• Develop Process Capability Roadmap and assess new technologies.
