Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Project Manager in Malaysia to lead projects from initiation through completion, coordinating across cross-functional teams to meet milestones, timelines, budgets and deliverables.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or above and at least 1 year of project management experience, with a preference for NPI projects in battery/advanced manufacturing sectors. Proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience; background in new energy, batteries, automotive, or high-end manufacturing industries preferred.
• Fluent communication in English and Chinese preferred.
• Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, Agile; proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, SAP PM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with key milestones, timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Manage scope changes and assess impact on time, cost, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, chair meetings, and track action items; report risks and status to management.
