Job summary

AEL Engineering Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a capable Project Executive to support NPIs and master scheduling across customer projects. You will work with the Project Management Manager to develop schedules and track milestones in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate daily NPI activities with the internal core team, update timelines, action trackers, and status reports, and escalate risks early. You'll help ensure APQP/PPAP and FAI deliverables stay on lead time.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management or Process Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the field.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Project, SAP, and basic CAD exposure.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer projects concurrently.
• Familiar with APQP, PPAP, DFM, DFA, and Lean Manufacturing principles
• Strong communication and coordination across functions.

Responsibilities

• To support the Project Management Manager in developing and maintaining the NPI Master Schedule
• To manage and coordinate daily NPI project execution activities with internal core team.
• To update project timelines, action trackers, and status reports. Escalate risks early if necessary.
• To prepare and maintain the master Gantt chart ensure APQP deliverables for assigned customer projects:
• To manage and ensure NPIs, ECN or PPAP and FAI submission as per committed lead time.
• To attend and update the project status to customer during weekly or Bi-weekly meeting.
• To ensure meeting to Goal and KPIs develop.
• To setting up coding standards in an SAP system for manufacturing involves.
• To work with core team for preparing the shipping documents.
