Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering or NPI experience.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, OHS, and documentation control.
- Experience with NPI activities, process validation, and handover to production.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, routing, and work instructions for NPI and production targets.
- Collaborate with Product Development to ensure DFM/DFA, robust designs, and scalable production.
- Lead prototype builds, process trials, testing, risk assessment, verification, validation, and production handover.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to improve yield, reduce downtime, and support ramp-up.
- Establish procedures, SOPs, process flows, routings, and documentation control.
- Provide training and coaching on new equipment, processes, quality requirements, and safe practices.
