You will optimize production lines, drive process validation, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in a regulated environment. The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and PFMEA, with a focus on NPI transfers and continuous improvement across Production, Quality, and R&D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, and process validation methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Process Management: drive and oversee manufacturing processes, including layout, material flow, validation, routing, and lean initiatives.
• Compliance & Quality: ensure GMP, regulatory, and EHS compliance, and promote a culture of quality and safety.
• Technical Leadership & Problem Solving: act as SME, support cross-functional teams, and lead troubleshooting.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: drive Lean, Six Sigma, waste reduction, and process optimization projects.
• New Product Introduction (NPI): collaborate with NPI, Quality, R&D, and Production during process development and transfer.
• Collaboration & Behaviours: work with Safety, Quality, Facilities, and Supply Chain; foster cross-functional relationships and a collaborative culture.
