Job summary

Resmed is seeking a proactive Manufacturing Engineer - Headgear to strengthen and optimize our manufacturing operations in Malaysia. You will drive process improvements, support new product introductions, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes problem solving, data-driven improvement, and compliance with GMP/EHS standards. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or related roles.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee manufacturing processes, including line layout, material flow, validation, routing, and lean initiatives.
• Monitor and improve efficiency, productivity, and process capability to meet targets.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve non-conformances via root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Promote GMP/EHS compliance and quality culture across operations.
• Lead or support NPI activities to ensure manufacturability and smooth transfers to mass production.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Facilities, Production, and Supply Chain to achieve objectives.
