Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz is seeking a self-driven NPI expert to lead product introduction projects for PCBA and Final Assembly in our growing electronics manufacturing environment in Malaysia. You will own projects from kick-off to stable serial production, coordinating with Process Engineering, Production, R&D and other functions to ensure readiness and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include managing milestones, risks, and manufacturing readiness, driving prototypes and ramp-up activities, and

Qualifications

5+ years of technical project management or related roles.
Experience in advanced electronics manufacturing and PCB/PCBA.
Knowledge of BOM structures, routings, process flows and production readiness.
Experience leading cross-functional technical projects.

Responsibilities

Own and drive product implementation projects for PCBA and Final Assembly from kick-off to stable serial production.
Create transparency on project progress by tracking milestones, risks, and readiness.
Lead manufacturing setup with Process Engineering, Production and R&D, including BOM, routing and work instructions.
Coordinate with Procurement, SCM, Quality, and Engineering to secure material and process readiness.
Drive prototype/pilot builds, ramp-up, issue resolution, and handover to operations.
Act as project owner for cross-functional topics and ensure deliverables meet milestones.
