Qualifications

• Experience leading NPI projects with multi-stakeholder engagement.
• Strong assembly process know-how in backend semiconductor manufacturing.
• Hands-on leadership of a 10+ engineer team and project management.
• Knowledge of CPI effects and package design considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own backend NPI from concept to production launch.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet market release deadlines.
• Drive manufacturability readiness for new packages and platforms.
• Collaborate with OSATs for assembly readiness and qualification.
• Manage ramping production and resolve ramp issues.
• Establish data-driven problem solving and best practices.
