Job summary

BAT DBS in Selangor, Malaysia seeks an NPI Executive to support system readiness and operational delivery in New Product Introduction. The role focuses on end-to-end code creation for launches, costing, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration to meet launch timelines.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in related roles, strong English, SAP and MS Office skills, and the ability to use AI tools for productivity and project optimization. On-site in Sunway Geo Tower, Bandar Sunway.

Qualifications

2-3 years in Project Management, Product Data Management, Analytics, Planning, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
Fresh graduates considered if they can demonstrate related skills via projects or internships.
Advanced English communication (written and verbal) and SAP experience required.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; ability to leverage AI tools for productivity.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end product and material code creation for new product launches across entities.
Monitor system readiness activities including code creation, recipe readiness, costings, and data quality.
Collaborate with NPI Project Managers, Product Development, Packaging, Data Specialists, Factory, Costing, QA, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Planning teams.
Develop project plans, coordinate tasks, monitor schedules, costs, risks, and deliverables with governance.
Maintain project governance and communication with regular updates and issue escalation.
