Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks a B2B Project Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in building materials to drive commercial project sales across Penang. You will build an established Northern network of architects and contractors to win specifications and close deals.

You will present smart sanitaryware and IoT bathroom solutions from an eco-friendly regional manufacturer, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and track local construction activity while attending trade exhibitions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B project sales experience in building materials, sanitaryware, or interior fittings.
• Proven track record of securing specifications and closing sales with architects, contractors, and developers.
• Established network within the Northern region’s construction and property development sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure project opportunities across commercial, hospitality, and residential developments in the Northern region.
• Build strong networks with architects, interior designers, main contractors, and property developers.
• Present smart sanitary fittings and IoT bathroom solutions directly to project decision-makers and consultants.
• Prepare commercial quotes, project proposals, and manage end-to-end sales lifecycles.
• Track local construction pipelines, monitor competitor activities, and represent the brand at trade exhibitions.
