Job summary

Syarikat Ong Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia-based chartered accountants firm seeking a diligent tax assistant to support delivery of high-quality tax services to clients. You will handle administrative tasks, prepare computations, and assist with transfer pricing benchmarking under supervision.

You will work closely with senior advisors, research tax laws, and help ensure timely and accurate submissions, billing, and file management across diverse client portfolios.

Qualifications

Provide support and assist in delivering high-quality tax services to clients.

Perform administrative tasks such as organizing and maintaining client files and documentation.

Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and industry practices to support superiors.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support tax planning strategies.

Assist in benchmarking studies for transfer pricing and other tax-related analyses.

Work closely with senior advisors to ensure project deliverables meet client needs.

Prepare tax computations and income tax return forms for timely submission to tax authorities.

Handle administrative tasks, such as printing and scanning reports, preparing files, and processing billing requests and invoices.

Assist supervisors in managing job portfolios and related assignments.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
