• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a corporate logistics environment.
• Exceptional customer service, verbal and written communication.
• Fluent in English and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own customer engagements and ensure complete, accurate responses in operations calls.
• Validate data for all shipments and manage EDI transmissions and reporting integrity.
• Lead and develop the team; monitor time worked, vacations, WFH, and training compliance.
• Plan, execute, and validate initiatives with managers and stakeholders for measurable benefits.
• Understand and explain P&L impact including SPD, EPS, and expenses to revenue.
