Job summary

KOSSAN Rubber Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Malaysia to lead a team of production operators, technicians, line leaders and latex production staff to meet daily objectives and KPIs. This role involves night/rotating shifts with overtime as required and requires strong supervision, process control and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum SKM or Diploma in a related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisor position within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in glove manufacturing is an advantage.
• Willing to work night shift / rotating shift and perform overtime.
• Able to follow instructions from superiors and report issues promptly.
• Adaptable to company changes and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production operators, technicians, line leaders and latexman to achieve company objectives.
• Prepare daily production reports for Management review.
• Communicate effectively with superiors and subordinates.
• Apply a systematic, positive problem-solving approach.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Support and contribute toward achieving KPIs.
