Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Manage production planning, manpower, machinery, and resources to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Take responsibility for factory P&L, production costs, operational efficiency, and financial targets.
• Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement and best manufacturing practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to improve productivity and performance.
• Ensure production processes meet customer, quality, and operational requirements.
• Control manpower, material usage, and operating costs within budget.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for operational and quality issues.
• Prepare production reports, analyze performance, and recommend improvement actions.
